I. Accepted Payment Methods – A Complete Overview

RAEVA LLC accepts a wide variety of payment methods to accommodate customers in the United States and around the world. All methods are processed through Stripe’s secure gateway, meaning your financial data never touches our servers unless you explicitly choose to save a card for future purchases (and even then, it is tokenized).

1. Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards, including both consumer and business cards. There are no surcharges, no hidden fees, and no minimum purchase requirements for credit card payments.

Card Network Card Types Accepted Notes
Visa Visa Classic, Gold, Platinum, Signature, Infinite; Visa debit and prepaid cards Most widely accepted globally
Mastercard Standard, World, World Elite; Mastercard debit Includes contactless (tap to pay) where available
American Express All consumer and business cards, including Platinum, Gold, Green, and Delta SkyMiles No additional Amex convenience fee – we absorb the cost
Discover Discover it, Miles, Cashback, Business, and secured cards Also accepts Diners Club cards issued on the Discover network
JCB Japan Credit Bureau cards issued in Japan and internationally Popular among our Asian customers
Diners Club Club Rewards, Carte Blanche, and other Diners Club International cards Processed through Discover network

Important credit card details:

  • Prepaid cards are accepted as long as they have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo and sufficient balance to cover the full order amount (including taxes and shipping).

  • Virtual cards (generated by services like Privacy.com, Revolut, or Apple’s virtual card number) are accepted. However, refunds to virtual cards may take longer to process because some virtual card issuers have additional verification steps.

  • International credit cards are accepted, but your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee (typically 1–3% of the purchase amount). RAEVA LLC does not receive these fees. Check with your card issuer before ordering from outside the United States.

  • Corporate and purchasing cards are accepted. If your company requires a purchase order number, you can enter it in the “Order notes” field at checkout.

2. Debit Cards

Debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted exactly like credit cards. However, please be aware of the following differences:

  • Funds hold – When you place an order, Stripe places an authorization hold on your debit card for the full order amount. This hold may reduce your available balance for 1–5 business days, even if the transaction is later canceled or refunded.

  • Refund timing – Refunds to debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. This is longer than credit card refunds because debit card refunds must go through the ACH network.

  • Overdraft risk – Ensure that your account has sufficient funds before placing an order. If the authorization hold causes an overdraft, your bank may charge a fee. RAEVA LLC is not responsible for bank overdraft fees.

3. Digital Wallets – One‑Tap Payments

For the ultimate convenience and speed, RAEVA supports popular digital wallet solutions. Digital wallets add an extra layer of security because they do not transmit your actual card number to the merchant – instead, they use a device‑specific token.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available on all Apple devices running iOS 13 or later, iPadOS 13 or later, macOS Big Sur or later (with Safari), and watchOS 6 or later.

How to use Apple Pay at RAEVA:

  1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. On the payment method selection screen, click the Apple Pay button (looks like the Apple Pay logo).

  4. A payment sheet will appear on your device.

  5. Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

  6. The transaction completes instantly, and you receive an order confirmation email within one minute.

Supported devices and browsers:

  • iPhone (Safari browser only)

  • iPad (Safari browser only)

  • Mac with Touch ID (Safari browser)

  • Mac without Touch ID (authenticate using paired iPhone or Apple Watch)

  • Apple Watch (when shopping on a compatible app – not yet supported on our website)

Security benefits of Apple Pay:

  • Your actual credit card number is never shared with RAEVA LLC.

  • Each transaction uses a one‑time dynamic security code.

  • If your iPhone is lost or stolen, you can suspend Apple Pay via Find My iPhone.

Google Pay

Google Pay is available on Android devices (Android 5.0 or later) and on desktop computers using the Chrome browser.

How to use Google Pay at RAEVA:

  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Select Google Pay as your payment method.

  3. A Google Pay dialog box will appear showing your saved cards and shipping addresses.

  4. Choose the card and address you wish to use.

  5. Confirm using your device screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or biometric).

  6. Payment is processed immediately.

Supported devices and browsers:

  • Android phones and tablets (Chrome browser)

  • Desktop computers (Chrome browser, must be signed into your Google account)

  • Any device where Google Pay is set up and you are authenticated

Security benefits of Google Pay:

  • Google Pay does not share your actual card number with RAEVA.

  • Transactions are encrypted and require authentication.

  • You can remotely wipe your Google Pay data if your device is lost.

Shop Pay (Powered by Shopify)

If you have previously shopped on any Shopify‑powered store (thousands of brands use Shopify), you may have a Shop Pay account. Shop Pay saves your payment information and shipping addresses for one‑click checkout across all participating stores – including RAEVA.

How to use Shop Pay:

  • At checkout, click the Shop Pay button.

  • Authenticate using the method you set up (email magic link or SMS code).

  • Your saved information auto‑fills, and the order is placed.

Note: Shop Pay is optional. You do not need to create a Shop Pay account to shop at RAEVA.

II. How Stripe Processes Your Payment – Behind the Scenes

Stripe is not just a payment gateway; it is a complete payment processing platform that handles authorization, settlement, fraud detection, and refunds. Understanding how Stripe works can help you troubleshoot issues and feel confident about security.

The Transaction Flow

When you click “Place Order” on raeva.online, the following steps occur in less than three seconds:

  1. Encryption – Your browser encrypts the payment information using TLS 1.3 and sends it directly to Stripe’s servers. RAEVA LLC never sees your full card number.

  2. Tokenization – Stripe replaces your card number with a unique, single‑use token. This token is what our system stores temporarily to complete the transaction.

  3. Authorization – Stripe sends an authorization request to your card’s issuing bank (e.g., Chase, Bank of America, Barclays). The bank checks for sufficient funds, fraud flags, and card status.

  4. Response – The bank returns an authorization code (if approved) or a decline code (if denied). Stripe relays this response to our website.

  5. Settlement – If approved, the funds are reserved on your card (authorization hold). Actual transfer of funds (settlement) occurs in batch at the end of the business day.

  6. Confirmation – Our website displays a success page, and you receive an email confirmation. Stripe also sends a confirmation to your bank.

Authorization Holds vs. Actual Charges

When you place an order, you may see two different amounts on your card statement:

  • Authorization hold – This is a temporary hold that reduces your available credit or balance. It typically appears as “Pending” or “Temporary Authorization.”

  • Actual charge – This appears after the order ships (usually 1–3 business days later). The hold is then replaced by the actual charge.

Why does this matter? If you cancel an order before it ships, the authorization hold may remain for 3–10 business days depending on your bank. RAEVA cannot remove holds faster than your bank allows.

III. Security Features – How Stripe Protects Every Transaction

Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the highest certification level in the payment industry. This means Stripe meets or exceeds all requirements for handling sensitive credit card data, including:

  • Annual on‑site audits by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)

  • Continuous network monitoring and intrusion detection

  • Strict access controls and multi‑factor authentication for employees

  • Encrypted data storage with hardware security modules (HSMs)

Specific Security Technologies

End‑to‑End Encryption (TLS 1.3)

From the moment you enter your card details to the final authorization, your information is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3, the current gold standard for internet encryption. This prevents any third party – including hackers, internet service providers, or even RAEVA employees – from intercepting and reading your data.

Tokenization

Stripe replaces sensitive card data with unique digital tokens. These tokens are useless outside of Stripe’s ecosystem. If a hacker were to breach our systems (which is highly unlikely), they would find only tokens – not actual card numbers. Tokenization also enables saved cards for future purchases without storing card data on our servers.

Stripe Radar – Machine Learning Fraud Prevention

Stripe Radar analyzes billions of transactions annually to identify fraudulent patterns in real time. It uses machine learning models that consider hundreds of signals:

  • Unusual purchase velocity (e.g., ten orders in five minutes)

  • Mismatched IP address and billing country

  • Card testing patterns (small charges followed by large charges)

  • Known fraudster device fingerprints

If Radar detects a suspicious transaction, it can:

  • Automatically block the transaction

  • Require 3D Secure authentication

  • Flag the order for manual review by our fraud team

3D Secure 2.0 (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)

3D Secure adds an extra layer of authentication for online card transactions. Depending on your card issuer and the transaction risk level, you may be prompted to:

  • Enter a one‑time passcode sent via SMS

  • Approve the transaction through your bank’s mobile app

  • Answer a security question

What to expect: Most transactions will not require 3D Secure because Stripe Radar assesses them as low risk. For larger orders (over $200) or orders shipping to high‑risk countries, you may see a 3D Secure challenge. This is normal and indicates that your bank is protecting you.

Address Verification Service (AVS)

AVS compares the billing address you entered at checkout with the address your card issuer has on file. Partial matches (e.g., zip code matches but street does not) may still be approved, but mismatches increase the risk score. For your security, we may contact you to verify your address before shipping high‑value orders.

CVV Requirement

We require the Card Verification Value (CVV) – the 3‑digit code on the back of Visa/Mastercard/Discover cards or the 4‑digit code on the front of American Express cards – for every transaction. We do not store CVV codes. Requiring CVV for each purchase prevents fraudsters who have stolen card numbers but not the physical card.

IV. Checkout Walkthrough – Step by Step

V. Refund Processing Through Stripe

When you return a product in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, RAEVA initiates refunds directly through Stripe. The process is fast, transparent, and fully tracked.

Refund Request Process

  1. You contact us at mypth.work@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.

  2. We approve the return and provide a return authorization (and pre‑paid label for US customers).

  3. You ship the item back.

  4. We inspect the returned item (3–5 business days after receipt).

  5. If approved, we initiate the refund in Stripe.

  6. Stripe processes the refund and sends you an email confirmation.

  7. The funds appear in your account based on your bank’s timeline.

Refund Timelines by Payment Method

Payment Method Refund Initiated by RAEVA Stripe Processing Funds in Your Account
Credit card (US) Within 48 hours of return approval 1–2 business days 3–7 business days
Credit card (international) Within 48 hours 2–3 business days 5–10 business days
Debit card (US) Within 48 hours 2–3 business days 5–10 business days

Partial Refunds

In certain situations (e.g., product returned with more than 25% used, missing original packaging), we may issue a partial refund. The refund amount will be clearly communicated to you before we process it. You have the right to reject a partial refund and request the return of the product (at your shipping cost).

Refund to Expired or Closed Cards

If your card has expired or your account has been closed since the original purchase, Stripe may still be able to process the refund. The funds are sent to the card issuer, who is legally required to credit the underlying account or send you a check. This process can take 2–4 weeks. Contact your bank for assistance.

Failed Refunds

If a refund fails (e.g., due to a closed account or technical error), Stripe notifies us. We will contact you within 5 business days to arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., store credit, PayPal transfer, or paper check). Paper checks require 10–15 business days for mailing and clearance.

VI. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

All Prices in US Dollars (USD)

RAEVA LLC is a United States‑based company. All product prices displayed on raeva.online are in United States Dollars (USD) .

  • For US customers: The price you see is exactly what you pay, plus applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout).

  • For international customers: Your credit card issuer or digital wallet provider will convert the USD amount to your local currency using their current exchange rate. RAEVA does not control or profit from currency conversion.

Sales Tax (US Customers Only)

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where RAEVA LLC has a physical presence or economic nexus. Currently, we collect tax in:

  • Texas (headquarters)

  • California (fulfillment center)

  • Georgia (fulfillment center)

  • Additional states as required by law (this list changes – tax will be calculated automatically at checkout)

The sales tax rate depends on your shipping address (state, county, city). You can see the exact tax amount in your cart before placing the order.

International Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

Important: As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (value‑added tax), or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s government.

  • RAEVA LLC does not collect these fees at checkout.

  • Your country’s customs authority will contact you for payment before releasing your package.

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to us. We will refund the product cost minus original shipping charges (which are not refundable) and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Estimated fees by region (for reference only – actual fees vary):

  • Canada: 5–15% of order value (GST/HST) plus handling fee (CAD $10–$20)

  • European Union: 20–25% VAT (varies by country) plus customs duty (0–12% depending on product category)

  • United Kingdom: 20% VAT on orders over £135

  • Australia: 10% GST on orders over AUD $1,000 (lower value orders may be exempt)

  • Japan: 10% consumption tax on orders over JPY 10,000

Check with your local customs office or use an online duty calculator before ordering.

No Hidden Fees

RAEVA LLC never charges:

  • Payment processing fees

  • Credit card surcharges

  • Currency conversion fees (your bank may, but we do not)

  • Membership fees

  • Account maintenance fees

  • Fees for email or phone support

What you see at checkout is what you pay (plus any taxes collected by your government, which are remitted directly to them).

VII. Troubleshooting Common Payment Problems

Even with the most reliable systems, payment issues sometimes occur. This section covers the most common problems and their solutions.

Problem 1: “Your card has been declined”

Possible causes and solutions:

Cause Solution
Insufficient funds Check your account balance. If using a credit card, check your available credit.
Incorrect CVV Look at your physical card. CVV is 3 digits on back (Visa/MC/Discover) or 4 digits on front (Amex).
Card expired Check expiration date. If expired, update your card with your bank or use a different card.
Bank fraud block Many banks block international or online transactions by default. Call your bank’s fraud department (number on back of card) and authorize the transaction.
Daily spending limit exceeded Some cards have per‑day or per‑transaction limits. Contact your bank to temporarily raise the limit.
Card not activated New or replacement cards must be activated by calling the number on the sticker.

Problem 2: “Payment method not accepted”

RAEVA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. If your card is from another network (e.g., UnionPay, RuPay, or a local proprietary card), it will be declined. Use a different card or a digital wallet.

Problem 3: Apple Pay or Google Pay button does not appear

  • Apple Pay: Only appears on Safari browsers on Apple devices. If you are using Chrome on an iPhone, Apple Pay will not show. Switch to Safari.

  • Google Pay: Only appears on Chrome browser or Android devices. If you are using Safari on a Mac, Google Pay will not show. Switch to Chrome.

Problem 4: Transaction goes through but no order confirmation

Occasionally, Stripe may authorize the payment but our website fails to complete the order due to a temporary server issue. If this happens:

  1. Do not attempt to place the order again immediately (you may create duplicate charges).

  2. Wait 15 minutes and check your email (including spam folder) for a confirmation.

  3. If no confirmation, check your bank or card statement for a pending charge.

  4. If a pending charge exists, contact us at mypth.work@gmail.com with the date, time, and amount of the charge. We will locate the transaction and either complete the order or refund it.

  5. If no pending charge exists, try placing the order again.

Problem 5: Duplicate charges

If you clicked “Place Order” multiple times due to a slow connection, you may see multiple pending authorizations. This is common. The duplicate authorizations will expire automatically within 3–10 business days, and only the actual completed order will be settled. You do not need to take any action.

If duplicate charges actually post to your statement (not just pending), email us immediately with screenshots.

Problem 6: International card declined for no apparent reason

Some international cards, especially those issued in countries with strict capital controls, may be declined by Stripe’s risk engine. This does not necessarily mean your card is invalid. Solutions:

  • Use a different card (preferably from a major international bank)

  • Use Apple Pay or Google Pay (if available on your device)

  • Contact your bank and ask them to whitelist Stripe as a merchant

  • Use a virtual card from a service like Revolut or Wise

VIII. Frequently Asked Questions About Payments

Is it safe to save my credit card on RAEVA?

Yes. If you choose to save your card for future purchases (by checking the “Save my card for next time” box at checkout), your card information is tokenized and stored securely by Stripe – never on RAEVA’s servers. The token can only be used by Stripe on your behalf. You can delete saved cards at any time from your account dashboard.

Does RAEVA accept PayPal?

Not at this time. We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). We may add PayPal in the future based on customer demand. If you would like to see PayPal added, please email mypth.work@gmail.com with “FEATURE REQUEST – PayPal” in the subject line.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

No – each order must be paid with a single payment method. However, you can use gift cards (if available) in combination with another payment method. Gift cards are treated as store credit and can be applied before selecting your credit card for the remaining balance.

Why was I charged more than the listed price?

Possible explanations:

  • Sales tax – US customers see tax added at checkout based on shipping address.

  • International bank fees – Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee (1–3%) if your card is issued outside the US.

  • Currency conversion – If your card statement is in a different currency, your bank’s exchange rate may differ from the market rate.

RAEVA LLC does not add any undisclosed fees. The price you see on the product page is the base price.

How do I know my payment was successful?

You will receive two confirmations:

  1. A success page on our website immediately after clicking “Place Order”

  2. An email from mypth.work@gmail.com within 5 minutes

If you receive both, your payment was successful.

What if I am charged but my order does not appear in my order history?

This is rare but can happen if our website times out after Stripe processes the payment. Email us at mypth.work@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Date and time of the order

  • Last 4 digits of the card used

  • The amount charged

We will locate the transaction within 24 hours and either complete the order or issue a full refund.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)?

Not at this time. We are monitoring cryptocurrency adoption and may add it as a payment method in the future if customer demand justifies the integration costs.

Does RAEVA accept cash, checks, or money orders?

No. For security and efficiency, we accept only electronic payments (credit/debit cards and digital wallets). We do not accept cash, personal checks, business checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.

What is the Stripe payment descriptor?

When you see a charge on your bank or credit card statement, it will appear as RAEVA LLC * [website reference] or similar. If you do not recognize the charge, check your email for an order confirmation from raeva.online. If still uncertain, contact us before filing a dispute.

IX. Disputes and Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction directly with your card issuer instead of requesting a refund from RAEVA. While we understand that chargebacks are sometimes necessary (e.g., fraudulent transactions), we strongly encourage you to contact us first at mypth.work@gmail.com or +84962402004 before filing a dispute.

Why Contact Us First?

  • Speed – We can usually resolve issues within 24–48 hours. Chargebacks take 30–90 days.

  • Fairness – If you made a legitimate purchase but simply changed your mind, we will honor our return policy. A chargeback for a non‑fraudulent reason may be denied by your bank, and you could lose both the product and the money.

  • Relationships – Excessive chargebacks (even if you win) can cause card issuers to flag your account.

How Chargebacks Work

  1. You contact your bank and dispute a charge.

  2. Your bank reverses the charge and debits RAEVA’s account (plus a chargeback fee of $15–$25).

  3. Stripe notifies us of the dispute.

  4. We have the opportunity to submit evidence (order confirmation, shipping tracking, delivery confirmation, communication records).

  5. The bank makes a decision. If we win, the charge is reinstated. If you win, the charge remains reversed.

Common Chargeback Reasons and Likely Outcomes

Reason for Dispute If You Contacted RAEVA First If You Filed Direct Chargeback
Product not received (carrier shows delivered) We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Likely loss – bank will see delivery confirmation.
Product not as described We will process a return/refund. Possible win, but slower than direct refund.
Fraudulent transaction (you did not authorize) We will refund immediately and flag the account. Win – but please still tell us so we can investigate.
Charged wrong amount We will correct and refund difference. Unnecessary – we could have fixed in minutes.

Our Pledge to You

RAEVA LLC will never retaliate against a customer for filing a legitimate dispute. However, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who file fraudulent or abusive chargebacks (e.g., claiming non‑delivery when tracking shows delivery).
